Made from 7075T6511 Alloy (the same as the clutch baskets), the strongest and lightest static spoiler brackets available, with fasteners that don't come loose, and stainless outer ring to stop the spoiler from disintegrating. This spoiler ring does have the correct clearance for all hubs and studs so they don't destroy themselves. Sometimes, you get what you pay for.

The strongest and lightest fork blades available, why? because they are made from military grade 7075T6511 Alloy then Hard Anodised. This material allows a design that reduces weight whilst adding stiffness through the use of radii machining and I-Beam principles. However if you just want your race number or logo in them, these aren't for you.

Simple. I've seen too many break too often, I was asked to make something that lasts. Machined from billets of 6082T6 alloy, then TIG Welded and heat treated. Drilled for Left and right stays

If you want to do it right, if you want the best you can get, to do the best job you can, I can build it. Above is an "On Track" clutch cooler, with a high output blower, Lithium Ion ultra light battery, Fuel top up, Bike stand holder, Chain spray holder, and timing cover hex keys all in one. Grab and go, custom built to your own requirements.
POA
"The Clutch" the link between your engine and the rear wheel. Apparently it's quite important to speedway riders. All have their own way of cleaning their plates, the type of plates they run, yet hardly any have a way of testing their clutch springs or even grouping their new springs into evenly matched sets. Well now you do. Test springs, group springs, compare springs, anything else and you are just guessing.

We've all seen the guards made from round bar, that break every couple of weeks, where they crack through the mounting holes, well these ones I made to solve that problem. CNC Machined from billet 6082T6 Aircraft alloy, the same rider who broke them every 2 weeks, has now been running the same ones for 6 years. Ended up being the cheapest clutch arm guards KK ever bought.

To hold the covers away from the clutch arm, and to stop accidental contact with the right leg these clutch arm holders for NEB arms, have a guard built into the design. No bolt on parts, the actual guard has a pad made from PTFE. The most compact and neatest way of achieving the protection for the arm and the covers

Simple idea, why not make an oil drain tray that you don't have to "tend" while the oil comes out. If you also make it the same shape as an oil bottle it doesn't take up any extra room in the tool box.

New chain wheel fitted to your existing basket, but with a difference. Most are fitted with screws (which never come loose do they) and all use the screws to hold the chain wheel to the basket and put all the shearing forces through those screws. I CNC machine a tooth pattern into the basket and the exact reverse into the chain wheel. The shearing forces now go through the basket and chain wheel not the screws. I also use solid rivets. They don't come loose. If you want confirmation, ask Hans Andersen

Available in several combinations of Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder, full length lines, dry breaks etc.
Available in 9.5mm or 10.5mm Bore Master Cylinder for different feel and lever travel. Available with a shorter 2 finger lever option, the standard long lever is perfect for those who like to use all 4 fingers on the lever
10mm Bore Master Cylinder, from the best manufacturer of Hydraulic controls there is. Lever design really lends itself to smaller hands or those who like to use 2 or 3 fingers on the lever
Fitted between the Master and Slave lines give the ability to separate the line without the need to re bleed the system, perfect for crash damage changes and maintenance in the workshop
I make no apologies, these are not the cheapest hydraulic clutches on the market, but they are the only ones that can be tailored to your every need and custom built just for you. Clutches aren't generally something in speedway where cheaper is better.
